isomore.tech ("we," "us") designs and ships automation systems for operations teams. isomore.tech is a brand of Compass Ventures LLP, the registered business name under which we operate. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it, both when you visit this website and when you work with us on a project.
Information we collect
When you book a discovery call or email us, we collect what you send us directly: your name, email address, company, and details about the workflow you want automated. When you browse this site, we collect basic usage data (pages viewed, general location, device type) through standard analytics. We do not use tracking cookies to build advertising profiles.
How we use it
We use contact information to respond to inquiries, scope engagements, and send project-related communication. We use site analytics to understand which pages are useful and fix what isn't. We never sell contact information, and we don't add you to a marketing list without asking first.
Data from client systems
Building a system often means connecting to tools you already run: your CRM, finance software, databases, or internal tools. In that context, we act on your behalf as a processor, not an owner, of that data. Access is scoped to what the engagement requires, credentials are handled per your security requirements, and we don't retain client business data beyond what's needed to build, test, and hand off the system.
Third parties and subprocessors
Depending on what we're building, a system may route through infrastructure like n8n, Anthropic's Claude API, hosting providers, or the tools already in your stack. We choose providers with reasonable security practices and only send the data a given workflow actually needs.
Data retention
We keep project-related communication and files for as long as needed to deliver and support the engagement, plus a reasonable period after for reference. You can ask us to delete contact information or project data that isn't required for legal or accounting purposes at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we hold, including access controls and secure credential handling. No system is perfectly secure, and we'll tell you promptly if something affecting your data goes wrong.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a material way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or an ongoing engagement after a change means you accept the update.
